Butterick 5757; ca. 1950s; “Quick & Easy” One-Piece Dirndlish Skirt. Dirndlish skirt that’s cut all-in-one piece, has no seams to sew because it wraps to the side and either buttons all the way down (A) or (worn with a pretty-to-be-seen petticoat) has a band at the hipline which tie-closes (B).
