Vintage 1960s Butterick pattern #5777. Childrens & Girls Top, Pants & Shorts. Loose-fitted top with U-shaped neckline and cutaway armholes has "H" back with button closing. Self or contrast ruffle and rick rack trim. Lined to edge. Slightly belled pants or shorts have elasticized waistline.
