Butterick 6174; ca. 1898;  Ladies' two-piece draped skirt, closed at front or back, in clearing length or … at the side in slightly raised waistline or gathered in slightly raised ….waistline.  Slight fullness at top of back and a plait at left side of back.  (To be made as a separate skirt or attached to a waist as a one-piece dress.)
