Butterick 6292; ca. 1952; FULL-SKIRTED DRESS: SURPLICE NECKLINE. Fashion’s newest soft lines are of primary importance in this pretty dress. Surplice necklined bodice has three-quarter length winged sleeves and a little nipped waistline. The swirling full skirt has soft unpressed pleats.
