Butterick Pattern 6394; ca. 1980s; MISSES' DRESS & PETTICOAT Dress and petticoat, floor length or evening length. Dress with chapel train has bias neck and yoke binding, fitted, lined low-waist bodice with front princess seams, flared pleated skirt with forward side seams, pleated petals, and button, loop, back zipper closing. Below elbow or long sleeves have stiffening at cap. A: button cuffs. B: buttons and loops. B, C: contrast. Petticoat has yoke with back slit and attached ruffles.

FABRICS: Satin, Peau de Soire, Moire, Taffeta and Crepe Back Satin for Dress. Lace for Contrast. Taffeta for Petticoat. Tulle or Net for Petticoat Ruffles and Sleeve Stiffening.
