Butterick 6815; ca. 1954; Flare-Skirted Coat and Dress Ensemble. The fashion spotlight is on the ensemble - it's an all-day duo. The dress - soft skirted with a cut-out neckline and cropped sleeves. The coat - fitted and buttoned to the waist, then open and flared gently, revealing the dress.
