Butterick 6895; ca. 1954; Dress, Bolero, Jacket, Cummerbund. Firm foundation -- a wardrobe built on basic styles. Sheath has a tricky mandarine collar, molded bodice and a slender skirt with slash pockets. Add the cummerbund. (A) Sleeveless bolero. (B) Hip length jacket with short sleeves.
