Butterick Pattern 7237 Vintage 50s Wide Skirted Coat Dress: Gored Skirt from 1951. A quartet of pockets distinguish a coat dress with an expansively gored skirt, a stand-up collar. Two pockets pose below the shoulders while another pair rest at the hipline. (A) Below-elbow sleeves. (B) Short sleeves.
