Frock for women and misses, with two-piece flared skirt attached across back at natural waistline, front empire V-waistline with ruching across the bust, V-neckline, short sleeves gathered at the shoulders, side zipper closing, optional sleeve and neckline lace trim, purchased or self fabric belt.
