Butterick 8147; ca. 1957; Bouffant Shirt Dress: Set Away Collar. Shirt dress features a collar set away from the neck, a skirt of unpressed pleats. (A) Full, three quarter sleeves; cummerbund; deep hem. Ideal for sheers. (B) Belt; deep hem band on skirt. Good for stripes. (C) Sleeveless; regular hem.
