This Butterick 8954 vintage childs pattern is for a Girls’ surplice back dress that can be made simple enough for casual wear or pretty enough for a party. View A features a puffed sleeve version with sash tying in a big bow at the back and lace trim. View B is a sleeveless version with back button surplice and rick-rack trim. This vintage 1950's childs pattern contains the instruction sheet and 9 pattern pieces.
