Butterick 9927; ca. early 1960s; Misses' Dress and Coat. Dress with basque bodice, very short unmounted sleeves, shallow bateau neck, slightly scooped back, wrapped lined bell skirt, self cord piping at waistline. Clutch coat with large stand-away collar, unmounted below elbow sleeves.
