Butterick 9960; ca. 1960; Misses' Sheath Dress and Jacket. Sheath dress with fitted bodice, shallow scoop neck, short unmounted sleeves, eased slim skirt, self tie belt. Fitted jacket (slightly above waist), with large collar, set in below elbow sleeves.
