DuBarry 1554B;  ca. 1937; Child's Dress and Panties.  Tucks in the bodice are released below the waistline for fulness in the skirt.  The neckline is finished with a rippled collar trimmed with a bow.  Made with short puffed sleeves and a back-tied sash.  The panties gather on elastic.
