1942. MISSES' DRESS: The bodice, buttoning up the front with four large buttons, gathers to deep shoulder yokes, and is finished with a square neckline. The skirt, pleated at the center front, joins the bodice at the natural waistline under a self-fabric or purchased belt. Sleeves ate dart-fitted at the shoulders and may be short or three-quarter length.
