1942. MISSES' AND WOMEN'S DRESS. Blouse is gathered in front below shoulders. Collar is cut in one with front. Skirt joins blouse at natural waistline. Fig. I: patch pockets, trimmed with saddle stitching, is used on skirt. Three-quarter sleeves are turned up at lower edge to form cuffs. Fig. 11: has short sleeves. Ruffling trims collar or and front edges of blouse.
