Stamped with the NRA or National Recovery Act logo, complete with eagle. Du Barry patterns carried this logo from 1933 to 1936 to support the National Recovery Act. Franklin D. It authorised the President to regulate industry and permit cartels and monopolies in an attempt to stimulate economic recovery from the Great Depression following the Wall Street Crash in 1929.
