Economy Design E41; ca. 1940s; A smart, but practical little girl’s dress cut with deep hem to allow for growth. Knee-length full skirted dress has turn down self or contrast Peter Pan collar, choice of sleeve length with self or contrast cuff band. Button fastened to below waist with box pleat to hemline. Side waist straps have buckles.
Maximum amount of fabric required: 2 7/8 yards of 36” wide, plus 3/8 yard contrast for collar and cuffs.
