Enid Gilchrist produced a whole series of pattern drafting books in Australia, starting in the 1950s - this is one in the series, undated, but appears to be 1970s.
There are many variations on basic patterns for each size in this 56 page soft cover magazine-style book, complete with instructions for each pattern and sewing hints, as well as instructions on drafting your patterns, and detailed sewing techniques.
