Excella E3116; ca. late 1920s or early 1930s; Girls' and Juniors' Frock. There are shirrings in the bodice which is attached to the circular skirt in scalloped outline. The high neck closes in front with a small scalloped collar; the oval neck is finished with a cape collar. Sleeves may be long, short, or omitted entirely.
