Excella E3219; 1920s; Women's and Misses' Frock: Featuring a draped yoke, whose V line is repeated in the skirt seaming, topping a circular peplum. Tie-ends at the back of the yoke and the peplum may be omitted. Sleeves may be short with bows, long or omitted entirely. Width of skirt, size 16, about 2 7/8 yds. 11 unprinted pattern pieces.
