Excella E3394; ca. 1931; Women's and Misses' Frock.  A wide cowl collar, pointed in front and back like a 'kerchief', is a flattering feature of this frock which may be worn sleeveless or with long or short sleeves. A shaped hip-yoke tops the ciruclar skirt, width, size 16, about 3 5/8 yards.
