Excella E3475; ca. 1930s; Girls' and Juniors' Frock. This dainty model has its share of frills introduced in a cape collar and circular peplum, both of which may be omitted. A tie slips through a bound opening at the neck and skirt is attached in a dipping line. Frock may be made sleeveless or with long or short sleeves.
