Excella E3491;  ca. early 1930s; Women's and Misses' frock.  Simple but smart, this belted model adopts the popular square neck, which may be trimmed with wide knotted tie-ends.  Circular sections are diagonally inserted at the side.  Sleeves may be long or short.
