Excella E35XX; ca. 1930s; Women's and Misses' Frock. The surplice closing and jacket-like seaming are very good fashion points, and this flattering jabot-collar is perforated to be cut away at one side. Sleeves may be long or three-quarter length with flares. Width, Size 16, about 2 1/8 yards.
