Fairloom 300-P; ca. 1950s; A one-piece dress made to look like a two-piece dress and redingote set. Two-piece appearance is created with a bateau neckline inset at center bodice which otherwise has princess seams that run down the full-flared skirt which is open at center front. A second contrast is created with an underskirt. Can be made sleeveless or with short set-in sleeves.
