Family circle skirt (resized)

Actual pattern that was included in an issue of Family Circle magazine. Tie-at the waist wrap skirt, or cape. Buttons down the front and tie. Family Circle suggests using a Pendleton wool with a polka-dot lining in silk by Fisher-Gentile. Circa 1960s.
