Simplicity 2013; ©1947; Misses and Women's Play Suit and Skirt in Half Sizes: Shoulder and waistline gathers release soft fullness in the front buttoning bodice. A pointed collar enhances the play suit and the lower edge of the short sleeve folds to form a cuff. The shorts, styled with a side-button closing, feature front and back pleats. An instet belt joins the bodice and shorts and buttons in place. The skirt seamed at either side of the center front and back, buttons in front and joins to a waist band. In style 1, a patch pocket trims the top and ruffling- outlines the front edges. Two patch pockets finish the top in style 2.
