Simplicity 2999; ©1949; Misses Two-Piece Pajamas and Coat: The front buttoned top, styled with a notched collar, has a left breast pocket and short sleeves. Wide bands finish the pocket and sleeves. Soft pleats at the waistline release fullness in the front of the trousers which are fitted to a waistband and have a side opening. The three quarter length coat, styled with a notched collar, has long sleeves finished with turned back cuffs. Shaped patch pockets at either hip are edged with wide bands and a tie belt slipped through carriers at the side are featured. The pajama top and coat in style 1 are trimmed with contrasting piping.
