Buttons close the stitched front band which is outlined in a ruffle. The full skirt is gathered around the waistline. Pockets may be concealed in the front seams. View 1 has short cuffed sleeves. The sleeveless dress, View 2 is fashioned wih contrasting tie collar and ruffle.
