Front buttoned blouson blouse, has jewel neckline with shaped neck and front band and is gathered into bias buttoned waistband. Puff sleeves gathered into buttoned band. Flared pants or shorts darted into buttoned waistband has zipper closing, adjustable straps, patch pockets with inverted pleat and buttoned flap and top stitch trim.
