Advance 6955; 1950s; Misses' Dress. Only four major pattern pieces - two for the bodice, two more for skirt. Sleeve and wing collar cut in one with bodice front. Center front folds back to face collar and closing. flared skirt - cut on straight grain at center front swings to bias side of seam and flares to back. Folds back at center front for facing. Pockets in side seam. (View 1) three-quarter length sleeves turned up in cuffs. (View 2) Short sleeves. Self or novelty belt, cut for plaid, check, stripe.
