Butterick 4731; ca. 1948; Misses' One-Piece Dress: Back Fullness in Skirt. 11 pieces. Inverted unpressed pleats form the focal point of back skirt interest on this dress. The fitted button-front bodice has seam detail which gives it a weskit line. Bodice and three-piece skirt contrast (B) which creates an artful two-piece effect.
