Featured in  Butterick Fashion News April 1936: "Areas of shirring that give blouse fulness are new and chic. So are draped sleeves. The skirt is gored and slightly flared. Width 1 7/8 yds. Sizes 12 to 20; 30 to 44 bust. Price, 35 Cents." Capelet not pictured in that publication.
