Butterick 4575; ca. 1977; Men's Shirt. Close-fitting shirt has pointed collar-on-band, shallow yoke, left front tuck band closing, full-length sleeves with plackets, shirttail hemline and topstitch trim. A and B - sleeves pleated into buttoned cuffs and bias optional straight grain patch pocket variations. C - princess seaming, sleeves slightly gathered into cuffs and hammer-on snap or buttoned closings.
