Excella Pattern 3815 Vintage 30s Girls Blouse. This is undated, but Excella was in business from 1922-1936, so I think we are looking at 30 era here. This includes; Worn inside or outside the skirt, this model is equally smart because tucks fit the lower edge. The high neckline is finished with a Peter Pan collar, but perforations provide for a square, collarless neck. Sleeves may be long or short. Pleating is suggested for trimming.
