Hollywood 492; ca. late 1930s; Two-Piece Maternity Dress. Smock-type blouse with pleated and gathered front may be worn with or without belt. High neck with flat collar or cut-out neck. Long or short sleeves. Wrapped back skirt with inverted front pleat is joined to a wrapped back bodice top.
