McCall's 5198; ©1976; Girls' Unlined Jacket, Vest, Skirt and Pants. Buttoned jacket has notched collar and patch pockets. Lined, buttoned vest has yoke with forward shoulder line and patch pockets. Skirt has zipper in back opening. Pants have zipper in front opening.
