Three-gore gathered net petticoat in waistline seam, lower edge bound with dress fabric. Three-quarter length set-in sleeves. Corded piping in front waistline seam, ends of tie belt in bodice side seam. Ribbon front belt buttoned to tie belt. Two-piece contrast collar. Novelty edging on skirt, sleeves and optional cape collar.
