McCall's 7378; ©1964; Tom Jones Shirt and Skirt. Front buttoned shirt with gathered sleeves, and three piece flared skirt. Shirt has bias collar looped at front, sleeves have elastic in casings at wrists forming ruffles. Skirt may have side opened patch pockets, pockets and top of waistband trimmed with flat braid. Skirt has center back zipper.
