Dress fitted in princess seamed panels fits snugly to the waist then billows out to a full circular skirt. Short, 3/4 length sleeves, or 3/4 length sleeves with button tab detailing to match the neckline. With small button tabs under which you lace a long chiffon scarf thru. It may hang in the front or the back. Side zipper closing
