McCall 1279

McCall 1279; ©1946; Misses' Apron with Transfer for Embroidery.

Crisp bows on your apron will add pleasant plus-touches to luncheons, teas, and around the house wear. Make bows in self-material, or use a harmonizing color - as in the breezy plaid tie-on - for after-football games. Top off bows with beguiling, embroidered roses. Flowers are in satin-stitch and outline. Work them in the same color as edging trim. For that luscious look at teatime, embroider white roses, use dainty white lace edging on a pastel tie-on (View C).

This pattern was re-issued as McCall's 1279.
