McCall's 6999; ©1963; Helen Lee - Girls' Jumper and Blouse, Four-panel jumper, with inverted pleat at center back below waistline, and back buttoned blouse. Jumper has part way zipper in center front seam, decorative stitching on neck, armholes and front. Upper part of jumper and patch pocket are lined with organdy. Blouse has two-piece bias collar, three-quarter length set-in sleeves gathered into buttoned bands. Collar and sleevebands may be of blouse fabric or contrasting fabric.
