Misses' Skirt and Blouse ©1978
Blouse softly gathered to yoke has front button closing, shirt type collar and kimono type sleeves. V 1 has elbow length sleeves gathered to buttoned sleeve bands. V 2 has long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. Gathered skirt with side back zipper, waistband and side front pockets is tiered in steps.
