Pictorial Review 8423; ca. 1936; Junior Miss Frock. Seams from shoulder to hem give fitted lines to this youthful frock which may be buttoned to the waist-line only, or all the way down the front. A collar and tie finish the neckline and long sleeves with fulness at top are perforated for short puffs.
