Dress may be sleeveless or have puffed sleeves. Lace accents yoke and scallops on skirt, view 1. Bow is tacked at neck edge in back. Rick rack gives a gay accent to yoke and skirt of view 2. Neck line, view 3, is lowered and detailed with lace.
