Simplicity 1187; ©1945; Unprinted Pattern. Maternity Dress: The dress is styled with gathers at the skirt front and shoulder and finished with a button-front closing. A soft adjustable pleat, fastened to position with hooks and thread eyes, is formed at each side of the skirt front. The skirt back is seamed on either side of the center. Style I has a V neckline and a rounded collar. The long sleeves are finished with wrist bands. Style II features a low, rounded neckline and cap sleeves which are outlined with ruffling.
