Simplicity 1343; ©1945; One Piece dress. The cap sleeved bodice is fashioned with smart shoulder folds and may be made with round or square neckline. The side front opening fastens to the hipline with eight buttons. Bodice & skirt are joined at the waist under a purchased or self fabric belt. Two angular pockets which may be saddle stitched, trim the skirt. Triangular shoulder pads are made or purchased.
