Simplicity 3490; ©1940; Unprinted Pattern. Misses' and Women's Pajamas. Blouse gatheres to a yoke, front and back. Patch pockets are optional. Collar finishes neck and fronts have buttoned closing. Long bishop or short sleeves, the latter with four pleats at lower edge, are gathered in armhole.
