Simplicity 3646; ©1941; Child's Dress, Coat and Hat: Sectional hat finished with brim is trimmed with a bow. Ribbons attached to ends of brim tie at left side. Short raglan sleeves, and top of dress, are shirred. Blanket stitch trim collar. Elastic through casing in sleeves to regulate fullness. Coat has faced front, a collar, and long, one-piece sleeves.
